In 2013, Justin ventured into the real estate arena, obtaining his Real Estate license and joining Exit Beach Realty. His exceptional skills quickly earned him the role of trainer and mentor, where he focused on imparting knowledge in social media marketing and real estate best practices to build sustainable businesses.
In 2015, Justin obtained his Real Estate Brokers license, and in 2017, took on the pivotal role of Broker of Record and Managing Broker for Oceans Luxury Realty. Tasked with growing the brokerage, he successfully oversaw all operations, leading to a remarkable rise in sales volume and agent count each year. Under his leadership, Oceans Luxury Realty secured the 4th overall sales volume within the Daytona Beach Area MLS.
Justin's commitment to the real estate community extended beyond his brokerage. In 2017, he became more involved in leadership at the Daytona Beach Area Association, serving on the Government Affairs Committee. His dedication led to additional roles on the Technology, and Grievance Committees in 2018. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2019, he ascended to the position of Vice President in 2020 and 2021, where he oversaw the DBAAR Leadership Development Committee.
Meanwhile, Justin accepted the Team Leader position for the Daytona Beach Market Center at Keller Williams Realty Florida Partners in 2021. In this role, he underwent extensive leadership training and was responsible for market share growth, agent development, and mentorship of the top 20% producing agents. The Daytona Beach Market Center achieved its highest-ever sales volume in 2022 under his leadership.
His commitment to service continued as he assumed key roles in the DBAAR, serving as President Elect in 2022, President in 2023, and Immediate Past President in 2024. Justin's efforts were recognized when he was honored with the prestigious title of DBAAR Realtor of the Year for 2023.
Throughout his years of service, Justin actively participated in various state and national real estate conventions, leadership development sessions, spokesperson training, and legislative sessions in Tallahassee and Washington DC. His involvement addressed critical issues such as the Hometown Heroes program, homeowner’s insurance reform, business rent tax, the My Safe Florida Home program, and property owner rights. He has also been a DBAAR Honor Society Member since 2019, and a Sterling R Statesman for RPAC since 2017.
